Tereza has a Bachelor’s Degree in Theory of Interactive Media and Master’s Degree in English Language and Literature from Masaryk University in Brno, Czech Republic. Currently a PhD candidate at MU, she is writing her dissertation project on comedic approaches to paranoia in American postmodern fiction. She has been given the opportunity to work and study at Texas A&M through the William J. Hlavinka Fellowship by the Czech Educational Foundation of Texas (CEFT). Her other research interests include fan studies, American folklore, and pop culture. She also currently works as the Chief of Staff for a Masaryk University students’ magazine “Re:Views”.
