Grace Heneks

Curriculum Vitae

Grace is a Ph.D. candidate at Texas A&M University. Her research interests include multi-ethnic and contemporary American literature. She is currently working on her dissertation on Obama era African American satire.

Research Interests:

Accomplishments: 

  • Recipient of the Staley Creswell Teaching Award, 2018.
  • Published article “The American Subplot: Colson Whitehead’s Post-racial Allegory in Zone One” in The Comparatist, October 2018.
