Advisory Committee and Degree Plan
The committee consists of three English department graduate faculty members and one graduate faculty member from another department (linguistics faculty and faculty with part-time appointment in English and another department do not count).
The Degree Plan lists advisory committee members and all courses to be counted toward the Ph.D. The degree plan must be on file with OGAPS (via the Office of Graduate Studies Degree Plan Submission System) 90 days before the preliminary exam. After filing the plan, all changes must be made by petition to the Office of Graduate Studies.
